Asphalt — yards, drives and parking areas
Alongside the roofing we also lay asphalt — apartment-block yards, paths, private drives, parking spaces and car parks, as well as patching potholes. We work with our own machinery rather than subcontracting it. To be completely clear: we do not asphalt roofs. Asphalt goes on the ground.
The site visit is free in Sofia and within 60 km of Sofia. Further out you pay the fuel only — we tell you the figure before we set off, and if you choose us it comes off the final price as a deposit.

- Inspection of the ground and of how the water drains.
- Preparing and cleaning the base.
- Setting the falls so water does not stand.
- Laying and rolling the asphalt.
- Forming the edges and the joints to the existing surface.
Asphalt is always the last operation
If anything else is happening on the same site — roof, insulation, pipework, fencing — the asphalt goes down LAST. Otherwise heavy machinery and materials cross the fresh surface and ruin it. So if we are doing several things, we plan it last, even when the customer would rather have it sooner.
Price and timescale
The price is given after an inspection
Asphalt is priced by the square metre, according to the thickness of the layer and the state of the base. The figure is given after an inspection on site.
