The site visit is free in Sofia and within 60 km of Sofia. Further out you pay the fuel only — we tell you the figure before we set off, and if you choose us it comes off the final price as a deposit.

The commonest cause of a leak is not the tile
In most of the cases where we are called out for a leak around a chimney, the tiles are fine. The water is coming through the flashing — torn, badly dressed, or never fitted at all. It is a relatively cheap repair if it is caught early, and an expensive one once the water has sat in the rafters for two winters.

The price is given after an inspection
Metalwork is priced by the linear metre and by size, so the figure comes after an inspection.
- A written contract on every job, notarised on request.
- A guarantee of 10 to 15 years applies to any work we do on the roof — a complete new roof and a partial repair alike. The exact term depends on the scope of the job and is written into your contract; 15 years is the ceiling, because that is the realistic service life of the materials themselves.
